Papa Gino’s is the only place I can find ricotta pizza, which is my favorite pizza. Lately every time I order from this location I’ve had an issue. Wednesday night I placed an order for pick up. Large ricotta pizza and an order of buffalo chicken mac n cheese. The pizza was cut wrong, the slices were not even close to being the size they should be (cut into 6 instead of 8). Wasn’t that much of a big deal, I can still eat it. Then we open the mac and cheese to see this disgusting mess. It was like buffalo sauce soup. Completely unacceptable. It was thrown in the trash, it wasn’t even eatable.

I visited this Papa Gino's with a friend of mine on Thursday evening, January 11th, 2024. We both ordered a steak and cheese sub, and ordered one bottle of soda, and a glass of water. The entire bill was $25. I think this is a little ridiculous for the size of the sandwiches, and the 25 minute wait to dine in. The restaurant was not that busy, and it was just about 5:00 p.m.. They did prepare the food correctly, and you let us tomato and pickles on my submarine sandwich were fresh. The restrooms are clean, a few of the dining room tables had not been cleaned off from the previous Diner, and there's plenty of parking in the parking lot. I would not waste my time and my money dining here again.

I got a small cheese pizza. Morgan made it, cooked it and served it. It was the best Papa’s pie I have had probably ever. Made perfectly. (Except maybe for the ones I made when I worked at the Swansea Mall). Highly recommend this restaurant.

Order a XL large sausage and chorizo pizza and a buffalo tender. Was told the buffalo tender was a 6 piece and got 4 little pieces of chicken. Almost $45 for a pizza and tenders (that was supposed to be a 6 piece, but was really a 4) is a little ridiculous if you ask me. Place has gone down hill since I was a kid big time

Ordered from this papa gino's on my day off today and got delivery. Estimated time was about 30 minutes. Driver showed up in about 38 minutes and I have to say the driver was super polite and apologized for running late. Mind you the weather today 12-18-23 was super high winds and raining hard all day. He even thanked me for being so understanding. I just wanted to write this review and say thank you for having such amazing, polite, and appreciative employees. I appreciate the service and attitude to the fullest. Thank you mr. delivery driver (I didn't get his name)

Always loved PG since a child. Taste of childhood. Welp, today was the last straw. Ordered delivery online for my son and I. Very specific and easy instructions on where to leave the food . Found the food 40 minutes after delivery time on my front porch. Outside. I waited to call, being Friday, I figured they were running behind. Totally understand if that was the case. Person on the phone did offer to refund, which I declined. I may take her up on that offer. But deffinelty the last time I order . Over priced as it is. Just not worth it anymore. I want to add everyone was still friendly , but I took the refund. The more I ate , the more I thought about it. And I did make sure the driver still kept the tip.

Stopped to get some dinner, pretty tasty and reasonably priced. Got some plates and napkins too,, so no dishes! Staff is very pleasant. Will order again.
